As Christ Followers, we believe that
we are stewards of God’s resources because He is the owner of
all that we have. Throughout scripture, we are reminded of the
importance of giving. The ultimate example of giving was set by
God, as He sacrificially gave His own Son (John 3: 16). In
turn, His Son continued to be a giving example to us (Ephesians
5: 2). God’s word also teaches us that every good and perfect
gift comes from the Lord (James 1:17). You are entrusted by God
with stewardship over your finances, resources and time, and it
is your responsibility as a believer to be a good steward and
give back to God what is His through giving to the church and to
others.
Good stewardship over your financial
resources involves the way we earn, spend, save, invest and
give. We have provided our members, families, and friends and
supporters a safe, easy and convenient way to give to the
church, we are pleased to offer online giving. His Word tells us
that giving is an act of worship that should be done with a
spirit of thanksgiving and that which is pleasing to the Lord. |
